Director of Technology Amy Tu is a first-generation student at the University of California, Berkeley, where she is pursuing a double major in Data Science and Economics. With a strong passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep interest in data, finance, business, and innovation. Her long-term goal is to establish a nonprofit coding academy, aimed at empowering underserved communities with essential skills and opportunities. In her spare time, you can find Amy weightlifting, honing her culinary skills, learning new hobbies, and playing sports like table tennis and badminton. She values quality time with her friends and family and enjoys exploring the world through travel! She anticipates being a valuable resource for all members of Becoming Businesswomen, utilizing her skills and knowledge to enhance the technological aspects and facilitate its mission!

LOUISE M. MORMAN – Executive Director, Lockheed Martin
Leadership Institute, College of Engineering and Computing, Miami University Louise M. Morman is an experienced management consultant and executive coach who focuses in the areas of strategic planning, energy, and sustainability. Ms. Morman has had a long and successful career as a senior management executive for three major energy companies, most recently as Senior Vice President, Marketing, Supply Planning and Economic Development for the New York Power Authority. Majoring in Systems Analysis, she earned a B.S. from Miami University. She also earned an M.B.A. from Wright State and a M.A. in Leadership and Transformational Learning from New York University. She has received additional education and certification from the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School end the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Santa Barbara. She was thrilled to return to Miami University in 2011 to work with the Lockheed Martin Leadership Institute to cultivate leaders who will flourish in their professions and lives by thinking strategically, working collaboratively with others, effectively communicating their ideas, and finding innovative solutions to society’s most complex problems. |
