The BecomingBusinesswomen Mentorship Program is the ideal opportunity for students of any college
undergraduate level to join. This exclusive semester long program consists of virtual mentorship, technical
training, and interview preparation for the internship recruitment process.
Since our beginnings in 2020, B.B. has had several successful cohorts, with many members landing internships
and full-time positions at prestigious companies in fields across investment banking, consulting, private equity,
tech, etc. As a participant in this program, you can develop soft skills and industry knowledge through our
informational meetings, while connecting with diverse peers. The goal for B.B. is to foster a supportive
community for our cohorts to discover and pursue their desired careers.

Program Highlight
The program will consist of five total meetings spread throughout the semester. Each meeting with have an educational and skill development component. The topics for each are as follows:
1. Personal and Industry Introductions (+ How to LinkedIn)
2. Creating Your Career Path (+ Resume Critique)
3. Interview Overview (+ Mock Behavioral Interview)
4. Technical 101 (+ Mock Technical Interview)
5. Debrief and Fun (+ Future Planning)
Mentor groups are expected to have bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings (subject to mentor schedule). But are also encouraged to connect as much as preferred outside of our formal meetings.

The only official qualification necessary to be a mentee is that you MUST be an undergraduate student looking for recruiting experience!

Any current woman that is part of B.B. with prior experience in recruiting may apply to this role!
+ What is the time commitment like?
We ask that you should be respectful to everyone's time (ours, our mentors, and yours) by coming to all of our scheduled meetings and staying engaged throughout the mentorship program. However, we understand that schedule conflicts or emergencies may occur - don't worry, just let us know!
+ How will mentorship pairings be done?
Mentorship groups will mainly be paired by industry. We will do our best to pair you with a mentor in a field of your 1st or 2nd industry preferences. We will also consider time zones and hobbies/interests.
